↗Foundation Precision MFG is a veteran-owned precision manufacturing company based in Donnelsville, Ohio, built on a commitment to faith, integrity, craftsmanship, and American manufacturing.
Founded by U.S. Army veteran Brad Nicholson, Foundation Precision MFG was created with a straightforward purpose: provide dependable, high-quality machining backed by the discipline, attention to detail, and accountability demanded by industries where quality matters.
Our capabilities are centered around CNC milling, prototype development, short-run and small-batch production, fixture and tooling fabrication, and precision component manufacturing. We work primarily with customers who need responsive manufacturing support without sacrificing quality—from industrial and product-development applications to firearms, defense, and other demanding markets.
Quality is built into how we operate. Drawing on years of professional quality assurance experience and hands-on manufacturing knowledge, we approach every job with an emphasis on dimensional accuracy, material traceability, inspection, process control, and clear communication. Whether we are producing a one-off prototype or a repeat production run, the expectation remains the same: make it right, document it properly, and deliver what was promised.
As a small American manufacturer, we believe our size is an advantage. Customers work directly with the people responsible for producing their parts. That means faster communication, greater flexibility, and a level of accountability that can be difficult to find in larger manufacturing environments. We are especially well suited for prototypes, low-volume production, overflow machining, and projects that require close coordination between the customer and manufacturer.
Foundation Precision MFG is also a company grounded in Christian faith. Those principles shape how we conduct business, how we treat our customers and suppliers, and the standard we set for our work. Integrity is not simply a company value—it is the foundation on which the business is being built.
We are continually investing in our equipment, processes, inspection capabilities, and quality systems with the goal of becoming a trusted manufacturing partner for companies throughout Ohio and across the United States.
